15-Minute
Clarity Session
A short, focused conversation to help you slow things down, gain clarity, and identify a meaningful next step.
This session is for you if you feel stuck, uncertain, or not getting the results you want — and you’re open to reflection, learning, and doing something different.
In 15 minutes, we’ll bring attention to what matters now.
You’ll leave with greater clarity, a steadier sense of direction, and one or two practical next steps — whether that’s a decision, a question to work with, or a simple practice to begin.

Short guided study sessions exploring timeless ideas that deepen clarity, purpose, and inner direction.
How it works
We begin with a conversation. Together, we clarify your focus what you truly want. We map it visually. We practice. We support. We move forward—intentionally.
Then we tend to the garden—your mind-garden. We practice using various thinking exercises.
We move forward—intentionally.
“There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made.”
— Wallace D. Wattles

I help people think differently so they can live more deliberately
About Adam
My work has always been about presence, design, and meaningful connection—across people, places, and ideas.
I’ve always been an independent thinker—drawn to quality, clarity, and meaningful change.
My professional path has moved through culinary arts, landscape design, heritage real estate, and coaching.
After studying Culinary Management in Toronto and working in top kitchens, I moved to Israel and founded Adam V’Gano (Man and his Garden), a business devoted to shaping outdoor spaces with presence and care.
From there, I transitioned into real estate, specializing in preservation properties in Tel Aviv—guiding complex transactions with vision and sensitivity.
Since 2003, I’ve been deeply involved in transformational coaching — beginning with Bob Proctor’s teachings, completing the Pritchett You² / Quantum Leap Strategy Certification Workshop, and studying Mind Mapping with Tony Buzan, the originator of the method. These principles continue to guide my own study and personal development.
Across it all, my work is rooted in the same values: clarity, rhythm, presence, and purposeful design—whether I’m shaping a garden, a deal, or a mindset.
If something in you is stirring—pause and listen.
This may be your season to think differently, move intentionally, and live more fully.
Let’s start with a conversation.

James Allen
Common Questions
-
If you're at a point of transition, feeling unclear about what's next, or simply craving more direction and rhythm in your life — this work is for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to think with intention.
-
Each session is a 30-minute private coaching conversation on Zoom. We explore where you are, what’s emerging, and what direction makes sense for you. Sessions are structured but flexible — designed to meet you where you are and move you forward.
-
We create a visual map of your thoughts, goals, and practices to give shape to your direction. It helps you see patterns, set priorities, and stay aligned as your thinking evolves.
-
No — this is not therapy or mental-health counseling.
Thinkscaping is a coaching and learning-based approach focused on mindset, clarity, decision-making, and personal direction. It works with how you think, what you focus on, and how you design your life and actions going forward.
This work can complement therapy, but it is a separate approach. We are not diagnosing, treating, or working through past trauma — we are working with awareness, intention, and purposeful thinking in the present.
-
Yes.
The CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment (Gallup) is a core part of the process because it gives us a shared language for your natural talents — how you think, decide, relate, and take action. It’s not a test, and there’s no “good” or “bad” profile.
It simply helps us work with more precision and depth, so the work moves faster, with greater clarity and alignment.

Once you choose your path, you’ll receive access to an online calendar where you can schedule sessions at your own pace — weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what suits you best.
-
Group calls are recommended, but optional unless you're in the Adventurer path. These open-space calls are a chance to think out loud, share challenges, and learn from others walking their own path.
-
Every path includes email or WhatsApp access for check-ins, questions, and brief support. If you want a more frequent rhythm, you can add weekly 15-minute check-in sessions as an optional add-on.
